摘要
目的采用卫生经济学方法对补肾逐瘀化痰方治疗高血压性脑出血进行经济效益分析。方法将80例高血压性脑出血急性期患者分为对照组和观察组,各40例。2组患者均给予常规基础治疗,对照组早期给予血塞通胶囊口服,观察组早期给予中药补肾逐瘀化痰方口服。观察患者临床疗效,并运用卫生经济学方法对成本-效果和敏感度进行评价。结果2组总有效率分别为85.0%和97.5%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组经济效果优于对照组。结论高血压性脑出血患者早期使用补肾逐瘀化痰方能够提高临床疗效,卫生经济学分析显示其成本-效果比较高。
Objective To analyze the economic benefit analysis of Bushen Zhuyu Huatan decoction in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by health economics method.Methods 80 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in acute stage were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases ineach.Both groups were given routine basic treatment,the control group was given Xuesaitong Jiaonang in the early stage,and the observation group was given Bushen Zhuyu Huatan decoction in the early stage.The cost-effectiveness and sensitivity were evaluated by health economics.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was 85.0%and 97.5%respectively,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the economic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Early use of Bushen Zhuyu Huatan decoction in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can improve the clinical effect.Health economics analysis shows that the cost-effectiveness is relatively high.
