摘要
随着生活水平的提高,民众对于食品安全的要求越来越高,但是食品安全事件仍时有发生。为了确保食品安全,国家与民众对于食品检测行业的要求越来越高。本文从食品检测的重要性出发,总结常用的食品检测方式,分析检测中存在的缺陷与不足之处,并探讨如何提高检测质量。
With the improvement of living standards, people have higher and higher requirements for food safety, but food safety incidents occur from time to time. In order to ensure food safety, the state and people are increasingly demanding on the food inspection industry. This article starts with the importance of food testing, summarizes commonly used food testing methods, analyzes the shortcomings and deficiencies of the current status of testing, and discusses how to improve the quality of testing.
