丹红注射液对慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者残余肾功能及血脂代谢的影响 被引量:4

Danhong Injection on Residual Renal Function and Lipid Metabolism in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure and Hemodialysis

摘要 目的探讨丹红注射液对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)血液透析患者残余肾功能及血脂代谢的影响。方法选取黄石市中心医院2016年6月至2018年6月收治的CRF血液透析患者84例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各42例。两组患者均予血液透析及对症治疗,观察组患者加用丹红注射液静脉滴注,均治疗1个月。结果治疗后,两组患者血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白、血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、Ⅳ型胶原(C-Ⅳ)水平均明显低于治疗前(P <0.05),且观察组降幅明显大于对照组(P <0.05);观察组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及纤维蛋白原(Fib)水平均明显低于治疗前及同期对照组(P <0.05);观察组活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)均明显长于治疗前及同期对照组(P <0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(7.14%比16.67%,P> 0.05)。结论丹红注射液用于CRF透析患者,有利于调节脂代谢及凝血功能紊乱,控制肾纤维化指标水平,并延缓病情进展,改善肾功能。 Objective To explore the effects of Danhong Injection on residual renal function and lipid metabolism in patients with chronic renal failure( CRF) and hemodialysis. Methods A total of 84 patients with CRF and hemodialysis admitted to Huangshi Central Hospital between June 2016 and June 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group. Both groups were given hemodialysis and symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was additionally given Danhong Injection on this basis. Both groups were treated for 1 month. Results After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine( SCr),blood urea nitrogen( BUN),24 h urine protein,serum transforming growth factor-β1( TGF-β1),angiotensin Ⅱ( Ang Ⅱ),and type Ⅳ collagen( C-Ⅳ) in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group( P < 0. 05);the levels of total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) in the observation group were significantly reduced than that before treatment and the same period in the control group( P < 0. 05);the level of fibrinogen( Fib) in the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment and the same period in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the level of activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT) in the observation group was significantly longer than that before treatment and the same period in the control group( P < 0. 05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was equivalent( 7. 14% vs. 16. 67%,P > 0. 05).Conclusion Danhong Injection for patients CRF and hemodialysis is conducive to regulating lipid metabolism and coagulation disorders,controlling renal fibrosis index levels,delaying disease progression,and improving renal function.
