摘要
目的探讨四手操作护理在口腔修复牙体预备中的应用。方法选取2019年1-6月于我院门诊就诊的198例拟行冠修复牙体预备的患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组与对照组。对照组由医师独自完成操作,观察组采用四手操作护理。于牙体预备前后检测空气污染情况(细菌菌落数、粉尘密度)、牙体预备操作时间及患者的舒适度。结果牙体预备后,两组细菌菌落数及粉尘密度均大于牙体预备前,且观察组细菌菌落数及粉尘密度均小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组牙体预备操作时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对无菌观念、操作技术、诊疗环境、护理流程、健康宣教评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四手操作应用于口腔修复预备中,更利于降低空气污染程度,缩短操作时间,提高患者舒适度,临床应用价值高。
Objective To explore the application of four-hand technique nursing in the preparation of tooth restoration.Methods To select 198 cases of patients undergoing the tooth preparation of crown restoration who were in the outpatient clinic of our hospital from January to June 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group was operated by the physician alone,and the observation group was treated with four-handed technique nursing.Before and after dental preparation,the air pollution(bacterial colony number,dust density),time of dental preparation operation and patient’s comfort were checked.Results After tooth preparation,the number of bacterial colonies and dust density in the two groups were higher than those before tooth preparation,and the number of bacterial colonies and dust density in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of tooth preparation operation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group’s scores on aseptic concept,operation technology,diagnosis and treatment environment,nursing process,and health education and education were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of four-handed operation technique in the preparation of oral restoration was more conducive to reducing air pollution,shortening operation time,and improving patient’s comfort level.Therefore,it has higher clinical application value.
