摘要
目的观察微生物制剂辅助蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症患儿的效果。方法选取2018年9月至2019年8月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院治疗的100例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿,将其分为两组,每组50例。对照组接受单纯蓝光照射治疗;观察组在此基础上,接受微生物制剂辅助治疗。比较两组的肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、总胆红素、总胆汁酸水平及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的总胆红素、总胆汁酸水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿高胆红素血症患儿采取微生物制剂辅助蓝光治疗可提高治疗效果,改善相关生化指标,具有推广价值。
Objective To observe the effect of microorganism preparation assisted with blue light on hyperbilirubinemia of newborn.Methods From September 2018 to August 2019,100 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with pure blue light irradiation,and the observation group were treated with microbial agents.The creatine kinase,lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,total bilirubin,total bile acid,and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the indexes of creatine kinase,lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase isoenzyme in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of total bilirubin,total bile acid in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of hyperbilirubinemia in neonates with microbial agents assisted by blue light can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the relevant biochemical indicators,and have the value of promotion.
