摘要
结合国家相关文件要求及自身医院信息化建设体会,列举了当前医院信息化建设普遍面临的困境及瓶颈问题,并利用典型信息化案例分析的方式,从医院信息化建设的投入要素、信息化业务类型、信息化实施过程及内涵挖掘几个部分展开深入分析讨论。实践证明在医院信息化建设过程中,仅靠资金到位并不能完全解决信息化建设的所有问题,要做到医院管理模式与信息化技术的高效融合,充分结合医院实际需求,综合考量各个要素,建立一套有效的信息化项目实施体系,提升项目实施效果,辅助医院管理。
To analyze dilemma and bottleneck of hospital information construction from national documents and hospital information construction,and discuss typical cases in input elements,business types,implementation process and connotation of hospital information construction.It has been proved in practice that in the process of hospital informatization construction,all the problems cannot be completely solved only by funds.It is necessary to efficiently integrate hospital management model with information technology,fully integrate actual needs of hospital,comprehensively consider various elements and establish the effective information project implementation system to enhance implementation effect and assist hospital management.
