摘要
当前起重机械被广泛应用于现代化工业生产中,其应用频率高、工作强度大、检验周期长,具有一定的安全隐患,因此需要加大对起重机械运行当中的故障检查力度、排除故障问题,从而保证生产安全。随着检测技术的不断发展,无损检测越来越多的应用于起重机械的安全检验中。基于此,本文从无损检测技术应用的必要性和检测方法的分类两方面为切入口,对无损检测技术在起重机械安全检验中的应用进行深入分析,旨在提高检测技术的应用性和可行性,并为技术人员提供参考性建议。
At present,lifting appliances are widely used in modern industrial production,which has high application frequency,high work intensity,long inspection period,and has certain hidden safety hazards.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the inspection and elimination of faults during the operation of lifting appliances Failure problems,thereby ensuring production safety.With the continuous development of testing technology,non-destructive testing is increasingly used in the safety inspection of lifting appliances.Based on this,this article focuses on the necessity of the application of non-destructive testing technology and the classification of testing methods.It makes an in-depth analysis of the application of non-destructive testing technology in the safety inspection of lifting appliances,aiming to improve the applicability and feasibility of the testing technology.And provide reference suggestions for technical staff.
