摘要
针对N11503工作面过X4陷落柱时,顶板出现破碎、冒落,煤壁片帮现象,导致工作面回采速度慢、液压支架支护效果差等技术难题,山西高平科兴申家庄煤业有限公司通过技术研究,合理分析了工作面过陷落柱时主要存在的技术难题,并根据实际生产情况,过陷落柱前对顶板提出注浆加固技术,过陷落柱时对顶板提出撞楔超前支护以及恒阻锚索吊棚等支护技术,通过实际应用效果观察,过陷落柱时顶板未出现冒落现象,顶板下沉量控制在0.12m以下,支架初撑力、工作阻力提高至89%以上。
When the N11503 working face passes the X4 collapse column,the top plate appears broken and falling,and the coal wall is lumpy,which leads to the technical problems of slow recovery of the working face and poor support of the hydraulic support.Shanxi Gaoping Kexing Shenjiazhuang Coal Through technical research,the company has reasonably analyzed the technical problems that existed when the working face passed the collapse column.According to the actual production situation,the grouting reinforcement technology was applied to the roof before the collapse of the column,and the wedge was advanced to the roof when the column collapsed.Supporting technology such as support and constant-resistance anchor cable shed,through the actual application effect observation,the roof does not appear to fall when the column collapses,the roof subsidence is controlled below 0.12 m,the initial support force and working resistance of the bracket are increased to 89.%the above.
