摘要
1病例资料患者,女,70岁。因阵发性胸痛3d,症状加重伴呕血10h于2016年2月13日4:21入院。入院前曾于当地医院嚼服阿司匹林肠溶片300 mg。2016年2月13日化验检查:pH 7.25,PO266mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133kPa),PCO228 mmHg,BE1.3mmol/L,K+3mmol/L,Na+139mmol/L,Hb156g/L,GLU 7.4 mmol/L,Lac 1.3 mmol/L。2016年2月12/13/14日心肌梗死(MI)3项检查。
A case of WPW sign with acute anterior interfacial wall myocardial infarction(AMI) and left anterior fascicular block(LAFB) was reported.When WPW sign was present,both the sign of anterior interfacial wall AMI and LAFB were covered.The transient disappearance of WPW in short atrial tachycardia was demonstrated by both WPW and LAFB.
