摘要
目的:观察电针配合经皮神经电刺激仪、超短波治疗带状疱疹(Herpes Zoster,HZ)临床疗效。方法:将72例带状疱疹患者随机分成对照组与物理治疗组,每组36例。对照组通过阿昔洛韦、甲钴胺静脉滴注治疗,物理治疗组在对照组基础上采用电针配合经皮神经电、超短波治疗;7次为一个疗程,两个疗程后评定疗效。结果:物理治疗组有效率高于对照组。与对照组比较,物理治疗组止痛、止疱、结痂时间明显缩短(P<0.05),带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率降低。结论:静脉滴注常规西药基础上采用电针配合经皮神经电、超短波治疗带状疱疹能明显缓解疼痛,缩短疼痛时间,促进疱疹愈合,降低带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率,疗效可靠。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS)and ultrashort wave therapy(USW)on herpes zoster.Methods:72 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into the control group and physical treatment group,36 cases in each group.The control group treated with western medicine,and the physical treatment group was treated by the percutaneous nerve,ultrashort wave therapy more.Results:Effective rate in the control group was lower than the physical treatment group.Compared with the control group,the physical pain,check blister,scabby time treatment group was obviously shortened(P<0.05),after herpes zoster neuralgia rate was reduce.Conclusion:Conventional western medicine,electric acupuncture plus TENS and USW can obviously relieve pain,shorten the pain time,promote healing of herpes,reduce the incidence of heritage after herpes zoster neuralgia.
