摘要
为研究数字模型对于半刚性基层配合比设计影响,依托成都经济区环线高速公路蒲江至都江堰段主线工程,通过幂函数模型构建了1种骨架密实型、2种悬浮密实型水泥稳定材料级配,进行了3种级配的水泥稳定碎石配合比设计,并采用无侧限抗压强度试验进行验证,分析其适用性.结果 表明:采用幂函数模型可以在降低水泥用量的前提下拟合满足公路路面基层施工技术细则对于极重和特重要求的级配类型,骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石混合料可以采用相对更少的水泥用量,获得较大的强度.
In order to study the influence of digital model on the mixture ratio design of semi-rigid base,relying on the main line project of Pujiang-Dujiangyan section of Chengdu Economic Zone Ring Expressway,the mix ratio design of cement stabilized crushed stone with three types of gradation are fitted through the power function model to construct the gradation of one kind of skeleton dense and two kinds of suspended dense cement stabilized materials,and the unconfined compressive strength test is used to verify and analyze its applicability.The results show that the power function model can be used to fit the extremely heavy and extra-heavy required grading types that meet the requirements of the technical rules for the construction of the road base under the premise of reducing the cement consumption,and relatively less cement can be used in the skeleton dense cement stabilized crushed stone mixture to obtain greater strength.
