摘要
利用钢渣、粉煤灰、煤矸石及少量化学物质制备工业废渣复合凝胶材料,用于某高速公路膨胀土进行改良试验。研究表明,工业废渣复合胶凝材料对膨胀土具有良好的固化效果,当工业废渣复合胶凝材料掺量≥4.5%时,胀缩总率<0.7%,CBR>12%,满足路基设计规范的相关要求。并进行了工业废渣复合胶凝材料稳定膨胀土底基层试验路施工,取得了良好的试验效果。
The industrial waste residue composite cementitious material was prepared from steel slag,fly ash,coal gangue and a small amount of chemical substances.The research showed that the composite cementitious material had good curing effect on expansive soil.When the content was≥4.5%,the loaded expansion rate was less than 0.7%,CBR was more than 12%,which met the relevant requirements of subgrade design specifications.The test road construction of the material stabilized expansive soil subbase has achieved good test results.
