摘要
目的探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎应用益胃汤治疗的疗效。方法将医院收集2017年1月—2019年1月的120例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分组,西医治疗组对于慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用克拉霉素、阿莫西林和奥美拉唑三联方案治疗,中西医治疗组对于慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用益胃汤联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林和奥美拉唑三联方案治疗。比较两组慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效,比较治疗前后症状积分、SF-36量表评分,并比较两组患者药物不良作用。结果中西医治疗组对比西医治疗组慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效更高(P <0.05)。中西医治疗组的慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效是100%,而西医治疗组的慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效是70.00%。治疗前两组症状积分、SF-36量表评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后中西医治疗组症状积分、SF-36量表评分的改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。两组用药过程,出现的不良反应均比较轻微,其中,中西医治疗组患者有1例患者用药后出现轻微呕吐症状,而西医治疗组的患者有1例出现轻微头晕。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎患者实施益胃汤联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林和奥美拉唑三联方案治疗效果理想,可改善症状和改善慢性萎缩性胃炎患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019, a total of 120 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were enrolled in our hospital. The Western medicine group used clarithromycin, amoxicillin and omeprazole in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. In the treatment of the regimen, the Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was treated with Yiwei Decoction combined with clarithromycin,The curative effect of chronic atrophic gastritis was compared between the two groups, the symptom score and the score of SF-36 before and after treatment were compared, and the adverse effects of drugs were compared between the two groups. Results The curative effect of chronic atrophic gastritis was higher in the Chinese and Western medicine treatment group than in the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05). The curative effect of chronic atrophic gastritis in the Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was 100%, while the curative effect of chronic atrophic gastritis in the Western medicine treatment group was 70.00%. Before treatment, the scores of the two groups and the score of SF-36 scale were close, P>0.05. After treatment, the scores of symptom score and SF-36 scale of the Chinese and Western medicine treatment group were more improved, P<0.05. In the two groups of medications, the adverse reactions were relatively mild. Among them, one patient in the Chinese and Western medicine treatment group had mild vomiting symptoms after treatment, while one patient in the Western medicine treatment group had slight dizziness. Conclusion The treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with Yiwei Decoction combined with clarithromycin, amoxicillin and omeprazole is effective, which can improve symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.
