摘要
锌是维持人体细胞正常结构和功能的重要微量元素,慢性肾脏病(CKD)常伴随缺锌状态,且血清锌水平随着肾功能的衰退而降低.同时,低锌血症进一步加重肾脏损害和CKD并发症.本文从CKD患者锌缺乏的原因,锌缺乏对CKD及其并发症的影响,以及补锌治疗的必要性等方面综述锌缺乏与慢性肾脏病的关联,为临床治疗或干预提供证据支持.
Zinc is an important trace element to maintain the normal structure and function of human cells.Blood zinc level is insufficient and decreases with the decline of renal function in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Moreover,hypozincemia further aggravates progression of renal damage and complications of CKD,such as cardiovascular events,mineral and bone disorder,etc.In this review,we focused on the relationship between zinc deficiency and CKD from four aspects:causes of zinc deficiency CKD patients,impacts of zinc deficiency on CKD and its complications,and benefits of zinc supplementation,so as to provide evidence for clinical treatment or intervention.
