摘要
介绍了江铜集团贵溪冶炼厂硫酸车间(KMPT)VZU160/5G型立式离心机的结构、特点和生产运行使用情况。根据设备在运行中表现出来的一系列故障形式及设备检修汇总情况,进行了详尽的分析与判断,并针对刮刀磨损快,刮渣效果不理想,振动大等故障,提出相应的解决办法和改进措施。通过对刮刀形式的改进,不仅有效地减少了故障的发生,还提高了设备的效率,延长了刮刀的使用寿命,节约了大量备件和维修成本。
This paper introduces the structure,characteristics and production operation of the(KMPT)VZU160/5G vertical centrifuge of sulphuric acid workshop in Guixi smelter of Jiangxi Copper Corporation Limited.A series of failure forms and equipment maintenance summary which the equipment showed during the operation period are detailed analyzed and judged.And in view of its main reasons,including the fast scraper wear not ideal of the effect of slag scraping,vibration and other faults,the corresponding solutions and improvement measures are put forward.Through improving the scraper form,the failure occurrence is reduced effectively,the efficiency of equipment is improved,the service life of scraper is prolonged,and a lot of spare parts and maintenance costs are saved.
