摘要
支气管扩张症是肺系难治疾病之一,与肺癌、支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等重大疾病相比,其关注度偏低。对症治疗是现代医学治疗支气管扩张症的主要手段,但单纯的西医治疗无法满足临床治疗支气管扩张症的需要。中西医结合治疗本病可以将西医对症治疗与中医辨证论治特色协同发挥、优势互补,进而实现治疗层次的多样化,减少药物不良反应的发生,从而提高临床疗效。文章提出中西医治疗支气管扩张症的6个结合点,即现代医学的抗感染治疗与中医“辨证分型”相结合、现代医学的排痰治疗与中医“治痰思想”相结合、现代医学营养支持与中医“培土生金”相结合、现代医学模式与中医“调神疏肝”相结合、现代医学对咯血的处理与中医“治血理论”相结合及现代医学手术治疗与中医“术后调养”相结合。文章旨在探索中西医结合治疗支气管扩张症的思路,以期为各位同道提供参考借鉴。
Bronchiectasis is one of the refractory pulmonary diseases,and it gets less attention than lung cancer,bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other major diseases.Symptomatic treatment is the main means of modern medical treatment of bronchiectasis,but western medicine treatment alone can not meet the needs of clinical treatment of bronchiectasis.The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of this disease can give full play to the symptomatic treatment of western medicine and the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,complement each other’s advantages,and then realize the diversification of treatment levels,reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions,thereby improving the clinical efficacy.This paper puts forward six points of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of bronchiectasis,that is,the combination of anti-infective treatment of modern medicine and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,the combination of expectoration treatment of modern medicine and the thought of treating phlegm of traditional Chinese medicine,the combination of nutritional support of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine’s‘banking up earth to generate metal’,the combination of modern medical model and traditional Chinese medicine’s‘regulating mind and dispersing liver’,the combination of the treatment of hemoptysis in modern medicine and the theory of blood treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,and the combination of the theory of treating blood and modern medical surgical treatment with the‘post-operative care’of traditional Chinese medicine.The purpose of this paper is to explore the idea of treating bronchiectasis with the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine,in order to provide reference for colleagues.
