依托学科竞赛提升大学生创新创业能力的培养模式探析 -以徐州医科大学为例 被引量:8

摘要 徐州医科大学高度重视本科生的创新创业能力培养,依托学科竞赛对创新人才的培养标准,整合校内外资源,为学生提供平台和机会,在各方努力下,培养学生创新创业能力的培养计划应运而生。该培养计划重视导师选聘,拓宽导师选拔范围、严格导师选拔标准、明确导师培养职责;严把学生入口关,根据大一大二学生实际,依据高考成绩、学业成绩、英语水平、在校表现、现场操作等制定适合各年级的选拔方案;制定退出机制,对学生进行动态考核,保障学生培养质量,探索提升大学生创新创业能力的培养模式。 Xuzhou Medical University attaches great importance to promoting college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability,integrates the resources of university to provide platforms and opportunities for students based subject contest on the demand for cultivation criteria of innovators.With the efforts of all parties,the“100-person plan”aiming at cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship ability emerges as The Times required.This plan attaches importance to the tutors’selection from the aspects of broadening the selection scope,tightening the selection criteria,Clarifying tutors’responsibilities.At the same time,this plan keep the students entrance tight by making selection plan suitable for each grade according to the actual situation of the freshmen and sophomore students,such as scores of university entrance examination,academic achievements,English proficiency,school performance,on-site operation,etc.In order to guarantee the training quality,this plan draws up the exit mechanism to conducts dynamic evaluation on students.This paper will explore the training mode to improve students’ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
