摘要
为了研究红椿和毛红椿家系苗期的遗传变异,本文进行了苗期生长比较与选择,为后续的良种选育奠定了基础。本文以7个省13个地区的40个红椿及毛红椿优树半同胞家系为研究材料进行轻基质容器育苗,通过对1年生苗高和地径进行了观测和分析,进行了苗期生长比较与优良家系选择。结果表明:不同家系苗高和地径分别在10.20~35.50 cm和3.08~4.94 mm之间,不同家系间苗高和地径均有极显著差异。40个家系中,以YL-45生长最好,苗高和地径均最大,苗高和地径分别为33.50 cm和4.85 mm,遗传增益分别为77.69%和15.66%;苗高和地径的变异系数均小于15%,家系苗生长比较均匀一致;遗传力分别为0.976和0.792,苗高受更高的遗传调控。以苗高为主进行苗期选择,选择出YL-45、SC-119、YL-9、SC-205、YL-385个优良家系,入选率12.5%,苗高和地径的遗传增益分别为48.79%和6.98%。选择的5个家系选择差大,遗传增益较高,经过造林对比试验后有成为良种的潜力。
In order to study the genetic variation of Toona ciliata var.ciliata and Toona ciliata var.pubescens from the seedling stage,the seedling growth variation and selection were carried out,which laid the foundation for the subsequent breeding.Forty half-sib families of Toona ciliata var.ciliata and Toona ciliata var.pubescens from 13 regions of 7 provinces were used as research materials to carry out container seedling research with light substrate.Through observation and analysis of 1-year-old seedling height and ground diameter,seedling growth comparison and excellent family selection were carried out.The seedling height and ground diameter of different families were 10.20~35.50 cm and 3.08~4.94 mm,respectively.There were extremely significant differences in seedling height and ground diameter between different families.Among the 40 families,YL-45 grew best,the height and diameter of seedlings were the largest,the seedlings height and ground diameter were 33.50 cm and 4.85 mm,with 77.69%and 15.66%genetic gains,respectively.The variation coefficient of seedling height and ground diameter was less than 15%,and the growth of the family seedling was uniform.The heritability of seedling height and ground diameter was 0.976 and 0.792,respectively,and seedling height was controlled by higher heredity.5 excellent families including YL-45,SC-119,YL-9,SC-205 and YL-38 were selected by seedling height selection,with the selection rate of 12.5%.The genetic gains of seedling height and ground diameter was 48.79%and 6.98%,respectively.The 5 selected families had great selection difference and high genetic gain,and they had the potential to become improved varieties after afforestation contrast test.
