摘要
深中通道陆域主线引桥上部结构为跨度40m预制混凝土箱梁,等宽段单柱墩悬臂预应力混凝土盖梁截面形式为倒梯形,尺寸为19.5m(长)×2.5m(宽)×3m(高)。盖梁施工采用在墩身上预埋钢棒、牛腿,安装三角托架作为支撑,钢筋在预制场绑扎成型,整体运输至墩位,由100t履带吊机吊装至墩顶,模板采用组合钢模板,混凝土由拌合站搅拌后,运输至现场,采用汽车泵浇筑。三角托架采用HM488型钢制作,地面拼装再整体吊装,拆除时采用分块整体拆除倒用;钢筋采用部品整体预制、整体吊装,既降低了安全风险、缩短了工期,又保证了工程质量。
The land main-line approach bridges on Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link are precast concrete box girder structures with spans of 40 m.The cantilevered PC cap beams for the constantwidth single-shaft piers are of inverted trapezoidal cross section,measuring 19.5 m(long)by 2.5 m(wide),and 3 min height.Reinforced bars are embedded in the pier shaft and steel brackets and triangular corbels are installed as supports for the construction of the cap beams.The reinforcement are bundled to take shape in the workshop,monolithically transported to the pier sites,lifted to the pier tops by the 100-t capacity crawler crane.The formwork is the composite steel formwork.The concrete is prepared in the batching plant,transported to the bridge site and cast by truck-mounted pumps.The triangular corbels are made from HM488 steel,which are assembled on ground and then monolithically hoisted,and are able to be integrally demolished block by block for cyclic use.The reinforcement are prefabricated to be finished products,which can be integrally hoisted and installed,and therefore leading to the reduction of safety risk and construction time,and the quality of the project can also be guaranteed.
