摘要
目的:探讨双源CT低管电压Flash扫描在孕妇新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)筛查中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析12例孕妇和50例普通患者的胸部CT资料,分为A组、B组。A组采用Siemens双源CT Flash模式对肺部进行扫描,B组采用常规肺部扫描模式,2组管电压80 kV,管电流使用自动毫安秒技术。采用双盲法对2组图像质量进行评分。比较2组CT检查时间、CT容积剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)及有效剂量(ED)。结果:2组图像质量评分差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.49,P=0.003)。A组扫描时间、CTDIvol、DLP及ED与B组比较分别减少约69.71%、39.56%、41.53%、42.76%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论:双源CT Flash扫描能够清晰显示患者肺部感染情况,且辐射剂量低,值得在孕妇的新冠肺炎筛查中广泛应用。
Objective:To explore the value of dual-source CT low-kV Flash scanning mode in screening pregnancies with COVID-19.Methods:The chest CT image data of 12 pregnant women and 50 ordinary patients,who were divided into A and B group,in our hospital after January 2,2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Group A used Siemens dual-source CT Flash mode to scan the lungs,Group B used conventional lung scanning mode,and the tube voltage was 80 kV,tube current using automatic milliammeter technology.Two groups of image quality were scored by double-blind method.The scan time of CT examination,volume dose index(CTDIvol),dose length product(DLP),and effective dose(ED) in both groups were recorded in each patient.Results:The image quality of the two groups had a difference (χ~2=11.49,P=0.003).The scan time,CTDIvol,DLP and ED of Group A decreased by about 69.71%,39.56%,41.53%,42.76%,respectively.Conclusion:Double source CT Flash scan can clearly show the pulmonary infection and has lower radiation dose,which can be considered as a worthy application in screening pregnant women with COVID-19.
