摘要
以研究大学生参与社会兼职的获得感为目的,采用问卷法和数理统计方式对某本科高校229名大学生做了兼职获得感调查研究。主要从收入获得感、经验获得感、专业获得感三个方面调查研究大学生社会兼职获得感,这三种获得感又是大学生社会兼职总体获得感的构成和来源。调查结果表明:大学生社会兼职获得感总体较高;相较而言,经验获得感最高,学习获得感次之,收入获得感最低;社会兼职获得感受到一些人口学变量的影响,表现为师范专业学生在专业获得感和收入获得感上显著高于非师范专业学生,男大学生经验获得感显著高于女大学生。最后针对教研结果分别面向高校和大学生提出一些有关的教育建议。
In order to study the sense of gain of undergraduates who do part-time jobs,229 undergraduates were investigated through the questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.This paper investigates and studies the social part-time gain of undergraduates mainly from the three aspects:income gain,experience gain and professional gain,which constitute and source of the overall part-time gain of undergraduates.The survey results show that the undergraduates have a higher sense of social part-time jobs:the result shows that the level of the sense of experience gain is the highest,the level of the sense of learning gain is the second,and the level of the sense of income gain is the lowest;some demographic factors influence the sense of gain.The sense of professional gain and income gain of normal undergraduates is significantly higher than that of non-normal undergraduates,and the sense of experience acquisition of male undergraduates is significantly higher than of female undergraduates.Finally,based on the research results,some relevant educational suggestions are put forward for colleges and students respectively.
