摘要
某洗煤厂控制系统的综合性能已无法较好地满足当下洗煤厂的使用需求,对其开展改进优化已成为提高洗煤厂控制系统综合性能的重要研究方向。通过对现有洗煤厂控制系统结构组成进行分析,开展了控制系统的优化改进和系统中的关键部分设计分析,并对该系统在洗煤厂中的应用情况进行了实时应用测试。结果表明,改进后的控制系统具有更高的控制精度和采集速度、功能更加齐全,能更好地满足洗煤厂设备控制系统的使用需求。这对提高洗煤厂设备的运行安全具有重要作用,也为后期开展控制系统的优化改进研究提供了参考。
The comprehensive performance of the control system in coal washing plant can not meet the needs of the current coal washing plant, and the improvement and optimization of it has become an important research direction to improve the comprehensive performance of the control system in the coal washing plant. Through the analysis of the structure of the control system of the existing coal washing plant, the optimization and improvement of the control system and the design analysis of the key parts of the system were carried out, and the application of the system in the coal washing plant was tested in real time.The results show that the improved control system has higher control accuracy, faster acquisition speed and more complete functions, which can better meet the use requirements of the equipment control system of coal washing plant. It plays an important role in improving the operation safety of coal washing plant equipment, and also provides a reference for the optimization and improvement of control system in the later stage.
