摘要 目的:通过参加能力验证,检测实验室金黄色葡萄球菌的检验水平,提高检验者的检验能力。方法:参照作业指导书及国家标准GB 4789.10-2016《食品微生物学检验金黄色葡萄球菌检验》第二法平板计数法对样品进行检验计数,利用VITEK 2进行鉴定。结果:3种培养基检出结果一致。结论:本次实验室能力验证结果为满意,提升了整体检验能力。 Objective: To test the level of Staphylococcus aureus in the laboratory and improve the ability of examiners by participating in the ability verification. Methods: According to the operation instructions and GB 4789.10-2016 the second plate count method was used to count the samples and VITEK 2 was used for identification. Results: The results of three media were consistent. Conclusion: The result of this laboratory ability verification is satisfactory, which improves the overall test ability.
