摘要
目的:研究加味当归补血汤加减对糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效,并分析对患者血清细胞间粘附因子-1(Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1,ICAM-1)、内皮素-1(Endothelin-1,ET-1)水平的影响。方法:选取我院2017年、2018年两年间收治的56例非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,按电脑分组法划分为观察组与对照组,各28例。对两组患者均实施降压、降血糖基本的药物治疗,对照组患者行常规的糖尿性微血管病变药物治疗,口服羟苯磺酸钙;观察组在此基础上行加味当归补血汤治疗,观察和分析两组患者行不同治疗方法后的效果,以及对血清ICAM-1、ET-1水平的影响。结果:在接受了两种不同方法的治疗后,两组非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者的血清ICAM-1、ET-1水平都呈明显下降的趋势,治疗前后眼部有关指标水平,如出血斑面积等值均有显著降低,且观察组患者对比对照组患者有明显的优势,对于临床效果观察组患者也高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者施以加味当归补血汤结合羟苯磺酸钙联合治疗时,效果优于一般治疗,且对眼底病变的程度大大削弱,可以较好改善血清ICAM-1、ET-1的水平。
Objective:To study the effect of the Danggui Buxue decoction(加味当归补血汤)on diabetic retinopathy,and to analyze the effect on serum ICAM-1 and ET-1 levels.Methods:56 patients were divided into the observation group and control group by computer grouping method,28 cases in each.Both groups were given basic antihypertensive and hypoglycemic medications.The control group was treated with conventional diuretic microangiopathy medications by oral calcium dobesilate.The observation group was treated with the Danggui Buxue decoction more.Results:After receiving two different methods of treatment,the serum levels of ICAM-1 and ET-1 in the two groups showed a significant downward trend,and related eye levels such as bleeding spots before and after treatment area equivalent values were significantly reduced,and patients in the observation group had a significant advantage over patients in the control group.Efficiency in the observation group were also significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Danggui Buxue decoction was effective,and the degree of fundus lesions is greatly weakened,which can better improve serum ICAM-1,ET-1 level.
