摘要 通过对几种可用于油管检测的设备进行对比介绍,总结出一种高效、判断问题直观的油管检测方法。这种检测设备方便携带、制作成本低。检测系统采用摄像头,将油管内壁的情况进行录制,实时、准确、清晰地显示油管内壁各个位置的图像,使得检测人员可以根据采集到的视频和图像信息对油管内壁状况进行观测,从而对油管内壁存在的问题进行判断和分析,为下一步的措施提供可靠的依据。 By comparing and introducing several kinds of equipment that can be used for tubing testing,this paper summarizes an efficient and intuitive method for tubing testing,and is aimed at the specific application environment of oil field.This testing equipment is easy to carry and has low manufacturing cost..The detection system uses a camera to record the conditions of the inner wall of the tubing,and displays images of various positions of the inner wall of the tubing in real time,accurately and clearly,so that the inspection personnel can observe the status of the inner wall of the tubing according to the collected video and image information,and thus the inner wall of the tubing Judging and analyzing the existing problems to provide a reliable basis for the next steps.
