摘要
分类学是现代生物学的基础学科,对海洋生物的分类认知是海洋生物多样性保护及资源利用的前提。我国的海洋生物分类学研究以中国近海为主,经过一个世纪尤其是近70年的发展,已基本认识了中国海域的生物种类构成和分布状况。近十年来,开展了规模不等的深海生物探测与取样,海洋生物分类研究拓展至深海。然而,总体上,我国不少海洋生物类群的分类研究还不充分,一些类群尚欠缺研究,仍有大量未知的生物待发现。本文以研究较为集中和系统的中国近海和西太平洋深海为主,概述了中国学者在海洋生物分类研究领域的总体进展,尤其是近十年来的进展。同时,结合国内外发展现状和趋势分析,就我国未来海洋生物分类学研究的开展,包括分类学科发展方向、平台建设、支撑体系等方面,提出一些想法和建议。
Taxonomy is the fundamental discipline of modern biology, and correctly identifying and naming species is the prerequisite for the conservation and resource utilization of marine biodiversity. In the early days, the taxonomic study of marine organisms in China mainly focused on the shallow sea areas of China. After 70 years of development, the composition and distribution of marine species in the sea areas of China have been recognized. In the past decade, Chinese scientists have conducted deep-sea biological explorations and samplings more than ever before, expanding the marine taxonomic research from shallow sea to deep sea. In general, the taxonomic study of many marine groups in China is not sufficient, and the study of some groups has not been carried out yet. There are still a lot of unknown marine taxa to be discovered and identified. In this paper, we reviewed the status quo and analyzed the trend of the progress in taxonomic studies conducted by Chinese scientists in the China seas and the Western Pacific Ocean in the past particularly over the past decade. Moreover, we proposed some ideas and suggestions on the future development of marine taxonomic research in China, including the development direction, platform construction, supporting system, and so on.
