近年来,随着昂贵医疗问题的加剧,如何有效控制不合理的医疗费用已成为我国改革的热点。深入分析医疗费用的快速增长,排除因我国人口老龄化加剧,疾病种类变化,医疗技术发展和医学新应用而引起的医疗费用合理增长。有效的医疗保障支付系统可以合理地指导医疗服务提供者的行为,这是缓解医疗费用快速上涨,解决昂贵的医疗问题,控制医疗机构行为的有效措施。同时支付方式的手段和合理性直接影响医疗保险制度控制医疗费用的有效性。事实证明,拥有有效医疗保障支付方式的国家已经有效控制了医疗费用。
In recent years,with the aggravation of the problem of expensive medical treatment,how to effectively control the unreasonable medical expenses has become the hot spot of China's reform.An in-depth analysis is made of the rapid growth of medical expenses,excluding the reasonable growth of medical expenses caused by the aggravation of population aging,changes in disease types,development of medical technologies and new medical applications in China.An effective medical security payment system can reasonably guide the behavior of medical service providers,which is an effective measure to alleviate the rapid rise of medical costs,solve expensive medical problems and control the behavior of medical institutions.At the same time,the means and rationality of payment method directly affect the effectiveness of medical insurance system in controlling medical expenses.It has been proven that countries with effective ways of paying for health care have effectively kept costs under control.
