摘要
研究运用数据包络技术对数字化校园应用绩效(包括教育资源整合效果)进行评价的实现路径。在阐述数字化校园的网络结构及主要建设内容的基础上,遵循评价指标体系的设计原则,通过在校园信息化绩效评价中引入数据包络分析中的C^2R模型完成了一种基于数据包络技术的数字化校园信息化绩效评价模型的构建,并以评价四所中学校园信息化绩效为例,介绍了通过模型进行评价的步骤,为完善数字化校园信息化建设提供参考。
This paper mainly studies the implementation path of digital envelope technology to evaluate the performance of digital campus application,including the integration effect of educational resources.On the basis of expounding the network structure and main construction contents of digital campus,it follows the evaluation index system.The design principle is to construct a digital campus informationization performance evaluation model by introducing the C^2R model in data envelopment analysis.The evaluation model is highly operable.It is more scientific and accurate.Taking the evaluation of the information performance of the four middle schools as an example,it introduces the steps of evaluation through the model,and provides reference for improving the digital campus information construction.
