摘要
数字经济作为一种全新的经济形态,成为推动中国经济发展质量变革、效率变革、动力变革的重要驱动力,也已变成全球新一轮产业竞争的制高点和促进实体经济振兴、加快转型升级的新动能。本文在全面梳理有关数字经济文献的基础上,对数字经济未来发展态势以及对宏观经济整体运行的影响进行深度研究,进一步探索性提出了外部冲击下数字经济发展的新举措,致力于激发宏观经济增长新动能、拉动新兴投资消费,对于搞好宏观经济调控具有重要现实参考价值。
As a brand-new economic form, the digital economy has become an important driving force for the quality,efficiency and power transformation of China’s economic development. It has also become the commanding height of a new round of global industrial competition and new momentum for promoting the revitalization of the real economy and accelerating transformation and upgrading. Based on a comprehensive review of relevant literature, this article conducts an in-depth study of the future development trend of the digital economy and its impact on the overall operation of the macro economy,and further explores new measures for the development of the digital economy under external shocks. This article is devoted to stimulating new growth momentum of macroeconomic growth and stimulating emerging investment and consumption, and it has important practical reference value for macroeconomic regulation and control.
