摘要
研究型人才是研究型医院建设的关键因素之一,医师作为医院人才的核心主体,是医院科研成果产出与医学转化的关键。笔者从岗位管理的角度切入,将研究型医师岗位从医师岗位中单独划分出来,围绕研究型医师岗位的设置意义、设置阻力以及应对策略与建议进行探讨。
Research oriented physician is one of the key factors in Research Oriented Hospital construction.As the cores of hospital talent,the physician is the key to research outputs and translational medicine.In post management perspective,this article divided research oriented physician from all physicians and discussed the meaning,challenges,strategies,suggestions of the research oriented physician position.
