摘要
粤港澳大湾区是当前国家高度重视的区域发展战略,也是“一带一路”建设的重要支撑。人才是城市创新发展的驱动力,而高校是创新人才的重要来源,作为湾区的“动力支持”,高等教育承担着培养湾区人才、提升区域整体教育水平的重任。粤港澳高校有着不同的发展背景和基础,当前,三地高校在协同发展中面临着办学水平、体制、政策制度与三地文化等校内外多重制约瓶颈。化解这些问题和障碍需要多方面的共同努力,使高校走出单打独斗的困境,走向高水平集群式发展之路。
Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a regional development strategy to which the country attaches great importance and is also an important support for the construction of the“Belt and Road”.Talents are the driving force for urban innovation and development,and university is an important source of innovative talents.As the“power support”of the Bay Area,higher education undertakes to cultivate talents in the Bay Area and enhance the overall level of regional education.Universities of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao have different development backgrounds and foundations.At present,the universities in the three places face the gap in the level of running schools,institutional,policy system and cultures of the three places,and other multiple constraint bottlenecks.To resolve these problems and obstacles requires joint efforts from many aspects,so that colleges and universities can walk out of the dilemma of fighting alone and move towards the road of high-level cluster development.
