摘要
目的研究前列欣胶囊对慢性前列腺炎患者临床症状的疗效。方法根据纳入标准选取2018年1月至2019年2月山东中医药大学第二附属医院接受助孕的160例慢性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象。患者口服前列欣胶囊每次3g,每日3次,治疗1个月,且治疗前后均使用NIH-CPSI评分量表测试,并观察患者治疗前后白细胞数量及卵磷脂小体数量的变化。结果患者经前列欣胶囊治疗后,NIH-CPSI评分较治疗前明显改善,总有效率达81.25%,其疼痛不适症状、排尿症状及生活质量也明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后白细胞数量明显降低,卵磷脂小体数量显著增多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列欣胶囊能够改善湿热下注型慢性前列腺炎患者临床症状,疗效明显,有助于改善患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Qianliexin capsule on the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic prostatitis.Methods 160 patients with chronic prostatitis in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected according to the inclusion criteria.They were orally given Qianliexin capsule,3 g,3 times a day,for a month,and the NIH-CPSI scores,the number of white blood cells and the density of lecithin corpuscles before and after treatment were compared.Results The NIH-CPSI scores of patients were significantly improved compared to those before treatment,and the symptoms of discomfort and pain,urinary symptoms and quality of life were also significantly improved,and the total effective rate was 82.15%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The numbers of lecithin corpuscles were decreased and the numbers of lecithin corpuscles were increased significantly after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Qianliexin capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients with chronic prostatitis of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome.
