摘要
粉体作为一种特殊的物理状态,可以满足实际应用中许多工业需求,然而其易吸湿性和流动性差等问题仍是技术难点。随着科学技术发展,尤其是化学和生物学领域的发展,学者对改善易吸湿粉体流动性开展了卓有意义的研究。因此,重点总结了改善食品和医药等领域易吸湿粉体流动性的相关研究,并对易吸湿粉体的研究进行展望。
As a special physical state, powder can meet many industrial needs in practical applications, however, the problems such as hygroscopicity and poor fluidity are still technical difficulties. With the development of science and technology, especially in the fields of chemistry and biology, many scholars have made significant research on improving the fluidity of easily absorbing powder. Focus on the fields of food and medicine on improving the fluidity of easily absorbing powder, and prospects for its research.
