摘要
目的探讨心理及体位护理干预对经皮肾镜取石术的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的经皮肾镜取石术患者360例,随机分为对照组、观察组,各180例,对照组患者采用常规的护理模式,观察组患者采用心理护理及体位护理干预。对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、出院时间等住院指标情况,统计两组患者对护理的满意率,观察患者手术及手术后不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、出院时间等情况明显优于对照组患者手术时间、术中出血量、出院时间等情况(P <0.05),观察组患者满意率99.47%高于对照组患者满意率94.73%(P <0.05),观察组不良反应发生率率1.11%低于对照组患者不良反应发生率6.66%(P <0.05)。结论心理及体位护理干预对经皮肾镜取石术的患者应用效果十分理想,患者手术时间短、出血量少、恢复快,患者的满意率得到提升,不良反应也得到明显的降低,临床上值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological and postural nursing intervention on percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Method From January 2018 to December 2018,360 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy were selected.Routine nursing mode was used in the control group and psychological nursing and postural nursing intervention were used in the observation group.The time of operation,the amount of bleeding during operation and the time of discharge were compared between the two groups.The satisfaction rate of the two groups of patients with nursing care was calculated.The satisfaction rate of the two groups of patients with nursing care was calculated.Result The operative time,intraoperative blood loss and discharge time of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),The satisfactory rate of observation group was 99.47%higher than that of control group 94.73%(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.11%lower than that in the control group 6.66%(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological and postural nursing intervention is very effective in the application of percutaneous nephrolithotomy.The operation time is short,the amount of bleeding is less,the recovery is fast,the satisfaction rate of the patients is improved,and the adverse reactions are obviously reduced.It is worth popularizing clinically.
