摘要
在钯催化下,3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-硫酮(DHPMs)与芳基磺酰肼发生脱硫偶联反应制备了一系列2-芳基嘧啶类化合物.通过1HNMR和13CNMR对目标化合物的结构进行了表征.结果表明,该方法以芳基磺酰肼为芳基源,具有操作简单、底物范围广、官能团耐受性好等优点,是一种合成2-芳基嘧啶类化合物简单有效的策略.
A series of 2-arylpyrimidine derivatives were prepared by desulfurization coupling reaction of 3,4-dihydropyrimidine-2-thiones(DHPMs)and arylsulfonyl hydrazides under palladium-catalyzed.The structures of 2-arylpyrimidine derivatives were characterized by 1HNMR and 13CNMR spectrum.There are some advantages of this method,such as simple operation,wide scope of substrates and good functional group tolerance.It provides a simple and effective method for the synthesis of 2-arylpyrimidine derivatives.
