摘要现行宪法关于“中华民族”的表述,同时包含了其作为文化民族与国家民族的双重意义。“中华民族伟大复兴”,不仅是国家实力的极大增强,而且是中华文化的发扬光大;“致力于中华民族伟大复兴的爱国者”不仅指向了中华人民共和国国民,而且涵括了海外中华儿女。文化民族实质是一种具有公共文化的族群,国家民族则突出体现为国家形式和政治性。“中国”国家名称的语义演变,一定程度上反映了中华民族作为一个文化民族的形成发展过程。近代中国的国家建构,则使中华民族由文化民族转为国家民族。文化民族与国家民族构成了中华民族的一体两面。国家民族维护和保障文化民族的发展,文化民族反过来推动了国家民族的强健和维续。中华民族的双重属性或两个面向,同时是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的两条路径。中华民族的建构应将其作为文化民族和国家民族的双重属性结合起来,将其内生发展性与政治建构性结合起来。 The expression of“Chinese nation”in the current constitution refers to a cultural-nation and a state-nation simultaneously.The meaning of“the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation”is not only the great increase in national strength,but also the boom of the Chinese culture.“patriots who dedicated to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation”refers to not only the people of PRC,but also the Chinese people overseas.Cultural nation is a kind of ethnic group with public culture in essence,while state-nation is significantly with state-form and characterized by being politic.The evolution of the meaning of the word“China”exhibits the formation and development process of the Chinese nation as a cultural-nation that transformed into a state-nation in the historic process of nation-state building.Cultural nation and state-nation constitute two sides of the Chinese nation.The state-nation maintains and guarantees the development of the cultural nation,which strengthen the state-nation in return.The dual nature of the Chinese nation are two ways to create a strong sense of community for Chinese nation.It is reasonable to synthesize its dual natures,emphasize its cultural rootedness and political constructiveness meanwhile in building up the Community of Chinese nation.
