摘要
目的探讨将平衡测试以及训练系统应用于接受关节镜下半月板修整术治疗后对患者本体感觉康复的临床效果。方法将2016年12月~2018年11月中山市中医院骨三科收治的60例接受关节镜下半月板修整术治疗的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规康复功能锻炼)和观察组(行常规康复功能锻炼+平衡测试及训练系统治疗),每组30例。对比对患者本体感觉康复的促进情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者术后4、8、12周的Lysholm膝关节功能评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后4、8、12周的膝关节本体感觉功能测试评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后3个月的膝关节VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后3个月的屈膝角度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于接受关节镜下半月板修整术治疗的患者,在常规康复功能锻炼的基础上配合平衡测试以及训练系统可有效促进患者本体感觉康复,改善预后,有较高临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of balance test and training system on the patients’proprioceptive rehabilitation after receiving meniscus restoration under arthroscope.Methods 60 patients receiving meniscus restoration under arthroscope admitted and treated at the Third Department of Orthopedics,Zhongshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the study objects,and divided into the control group(routine rehabilitation exercises)and the observation group(performed with routine rehabilitation exercises+treated with balance test and training system)by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The promotion of patients’proprioceptive rehabilitation was compared.Results After treatment,the Lysholm knee function scores of patients at 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after surgery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The knee proprioceptive function test scores of patients at 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after surgery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The knee VAS score of patients at three months after surgery in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The knee bend angle of patients at three months after surgery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients receiving meniscus restoration under arthroscope,the combination of balance test and training system on the basis of the routine rehabilitation exercises can effectively promote patients’proprioceptive rehabilitation,and improve their prognosis,which has high clinical application value.
