摘要
目的研制适合中国家庭医生服务团队实际现状的胜任力模型,为有效指导团队未来发展和团队人才培养提供依据。方法采用多维度法、两轮德尔菲专家咨询法初步构建模型,在安徽省皖北、皖中、皖南进行现场调查对模型初稿进行修正与检验。结果经多维度法、德尔菲法和现场调查得出的最终模型包括4个胜任力维度和25个胜任力特征条目,模型总Cronbachα系数为0.964。结论该模型的构建既为研究地区医疗卫生机构选拔、培养、考核和评价家庭医生服务团队的岗位胜任能力提供参考依据,也为未来家庭医生服务团队的发展指明了方向。
Objective To develop a competency model suitable for the actual status of the Chinese family doctor service team,and to provide reference for effectively guiding the team’s future development and team training.Methods The model was developed using a multi-dimensional method and two rounds of Delphi method,and then was revised and tested by field survey in the northern,central and southern parts of Anhui Province.Results The final model developed by multi-dimensional method,Delphi method and filed survey included 4 dimensions and 25 entries of competency.The total Cronbachαcoefficient of the model was 0.964.Conclusions The building of this model not only provides references for the selection,training,assessment and evaluation of the competency of a family doctor service team in medical and health institutions of Anhui Province,but also directs the future development of family doctor service team.
