摘要
黑麦(Secale cereale L.)为小麦(Triticum aeistvum L.)三级基因源,是小麦改良育种中重要的遗传资源。分子标记作为鉴定外源遗传物质的有效手段,在小麦×黑麦杂交及黑麦、小黑麦品种培育中被广泛应用。本研究对黑麦特异性分子标记的开发,以及分子标记在黑麦遗传图谱构建、遗传多样性分析、优异基因发掘鉴定等方面的应用进行了综述,旨在为黑麦特异分子标记在小麦×黑麦分子辅助育种中的应用提供依据,为高效利用黑麦优异资源提供基础。
Rye(Secale cereale L.)is a tertiary gene source of wheat(Triticum aeistvum L.)and is an important genetic resource in improving wheat breeding.Molecular markers are an effective means of identifying exogenous genetic material.It is widely used in wheat×rye crosses and breeding of rye and triticale varieties.In this paper,the development of specific molecular markers in rye and their applications in the construction of genetic map,analysis of genetic diversity and identification of excellent genes in rye were reviewed.The purpose of this study was to provide the basis for the application of rye specific molecular markers in the molecular-assisted breeding of rye and the efficient utilization of excellent rye resources.
