摘要
目的:了解护士对“互联网+护理服务”支持政策的期望,为完善相关政策提供依据。方法:采用方便抽样方法,对1541名执业护士进行问卷调查。结果:93.05%的护士认为从事“互联网+护理服务”需要接受相关知识技能培训;半数以上护士认为,从事“互联网+护理服务”的护士应具备5年及以上工作年资、大专及以上学历、护师及以上职称;同时,对“互联网+护理服务”的专科护理服务项目、服务时间、地点、形式等也作出了选择。结论:执业护士对“互联网+护理服务”支持政策的期望,包括加强对护士从事“互联网+护理服务”的培训、统一从业资质要求、科学选择专科护理服务项目、合理安排“互联网+护理服务”的服务时间和地点、完善服务形式和收费标准,从而推进“互联网+护理服务”的长期发展。
Objective To understand the nurses'expectations for the“Internet+Nursing Services”supporting policy,and provide references for improving related policies.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1541 practicing nurses by the convenience sampling method.Results 93.05%of nurses believed that relevant knowledge and skills training was required to engage in“Internet+Nursing Services”;more than half of nurses believed that nurses engaged in“Internet+Nursing Services”should have 5 years or more work experiences,college degree or above,professional titles of nurses and above.At the same time,they make choices for the specialized nursing service items,service hours,locations,and forms of“Internet+Nursing Services”.Conclusion The nurses'expectation for the“Internet+Nursing Services”supporting policy includes strengthening the nurses training of“Internet+Nursing Services”,unifying the requirements for professional qualifications,scientifically selecting specialized nursing service items,and rationally arranging“Internet+Nursing Services”time and place,and improve service forms and charging standards.These will promote the long-term development of“Internet+Nursing Services”.
