摘要
针对玉溪煤矿1301首采工作面顶板垮落特征与矿压规律不明确,主采的3号煤老顶中砂岩厚度大、致密坚硬,初次回采过程中顶板可能存在不易垮落、初次垮落步距大、易形成大面积悬顶等问题,通过理论分析与计算提出采用顶板预裂爆破技术,确定了预裂爆破的参数。应用效果表明,该方法能够在合理的预裂高度范围内,使坚硬顶板得到弱化,有效避免了工作面漏风严重、瓦斯超限、工作面煤壁片帮等强矿压现象。
In yuxi 1301 mining face of coal mine roof caving characteristic and the mine pressure law,the main mining of no.3 coal main roof sandstone thickness in large,dense,hard roof may exist in the process of primary recovery not easy caving,first step caving is apart from the big,easy to form a large overhang,through theoretical analysis and calculation roof pre-splitting blasting technology is presented in this paper,the pre-splitting blasting parameters is determined.The application results show that the method can weaken the hard roof in a reasonable range of pre-cracking height,and effectively avoid the phenomena of strong ore pressure,such as severe air leakage,gas exceeding limit and coal wall plate of working face.
