摘要
在石油化工工程施工中,合理的优化管道安装工艺具有很强的现实价值。为了更好的提高石油化工管道施工的一次成优率,技术人员有必要对石油化工管道安装环节予以标准化把关,特别是B IM技术、工厂化预制等新技术的应用,在提升生产效益的同时能够大大降低安装质量隐患。基于此,本文阐述石油化工管道安装特征,从BIM技术、工厂化预制及支吊架施工技术等多个方面阐述石油化工管道安装的基本方法,以期能够为同行提供参考。
In the construction of petrochemical engineering,rationally optimizing the pipeline installation process has strong practical value.In order to better improve the success rate of petrochemical pipeline construction,it is necessary for technical personnel to standardize the installation of petrochemical pipelines,especially the application of new technologies such as BIM technology and factory prefabrication,which can improve production efficiency while Greatly reduce the hidden dangers of installation quality.Based on this,this article describes the characteristics of petrochemical pipeline installation,from BIM technology,factory prefabrication and support and hanger construction technology and other aspects of the basic method of petrochemical pipeline installation,in order to provide reference for peers.
