摘要
通过盆栽试验研究秋枫幼苗对Pb和Cd复合胁迫的耐受及累积特性,综合评价秋枫对Pb和Cd污染土壤的适应性及修复潜力.结果显示,除Pb 1500 mg/kg+Cd 50 mg/kg处理外,其余处理组株高、地径净生长量和总生物量均未受明显影响.复合胁迫下试验组叶绿素质量比下降,MDA摩尔质量浓度和可溶性蛋白质量比上升,SOD活性前期升高后期趋于稳定.秋枫对Pb和Cd的富集表现为根部多于地上部,且Pb和Cd间具有协同效应.秋枫对Cd的转移能力强于Pb,土壤Pb质量比较高时利于Cd向地上部转移.
According to pot experiments,the tolerance and accumulation characteristics of Bischofia javanica seedlings to Pb and Cd combined stress have been studied,and the adaptability and remediation potential of Bischofia javanica to Pb and Cd contaminated soil have been comprehensively evaluated.The results show that except Pb 1500+Cd 50(mg/kg)treatment,the plant height,net ground diameter growth and total biomass of the other treatment groups were not significantly affected.Under compound stress,chlorophyll content decreased,MDA and soluble protein content increased,SOD activity increased in the early stage and stabilized in the late stage.The enrichment of Pb and Cd in Bischofia javanica is shown as root>shoot,and there is a synergistic effect between Pb and Cd.The transfer ability of Bischofia javanica to Cd is stronger than Pb,and higher concentration of Pb in soil is conducive to Cd transfer to aboveground.
