摘要
目的:调查乳腺癌患者的重返工作现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:应用方便抽样法,在2018年7月至2019年9月运用一般资料调查表、重返工作准备度量表、一般自我效能感量表、简易应对量表对北京市4家三级甲等医院就诊的306例乳腺癌患者进行调查。结果:调查对象中有67例患者已重返工作,重返率为21.9%;年龄、自我效能感、病程、腋窝淋巴结是否清扫和每周工作时间是乳腺癌患者重返工作的影响因素。结论:乳腺癌患者重返工作率有所提高,医护人员应关注患者重返工作的影响因素,开发有针对性的干预方案帮助患者重返工作。
Objective:To investigate the status and the influencing factors of breast cancer survivors returning to work.Methods:From July 2018 to September 2019,306 breast cancer survivors were selected from 4 hospitals using convenience sampling method.The participants were investigated using general information questionnaire,Readiness for Return-To-Work Scale,General Self-Efficacy Scale,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire to explore the status and the influencing factors of returning to work.Results:Sixty seven(21.9%)breast cancer survivors had returned to work.Age,self-efficacy,time of diagnosis,lymph node dissection and weekly working hours were influencing factors for breast cancer survivors to return to work.Conclusion:The return rate of breast cancer survivors has increased.Medical staff should pay attention to the influencing factors and develop targeted intervention programs to help patients back to work.
