摘要
为了了解复方戊二醛消毒液在不同pH值(5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0)、温度(20,25,30,35,40℃)、作用时间(5,10,15,20,25,30 min)、浓度(0.05,0.07,0.10 mg/mL)因素下的杀菌效果,试验采用活菌计数方法,以石膏样毛癣菌为病原,研究对该菌的杀菌效果。结果表明:pH值为8.0时,杀灭效果显著高于其他组(P<0.05);25,30℃组杀菌效果显著高于20℃组(P<0.05),35,40℃组的杀菌效果显著高于其他组(P<0.05);20 min组杀菌效果显著高于5,10,15min组(P<0.05),但显著低于25,30 min组(P<0.05);复方戊二醛消毒液不同浓度组之间杀菌效果差异不显著(P>0.05),但0.10 mg/mL浓度时杀菌效果最佳。说明复方戊二醛消毒液在浓度为0.10 mg/mL、水温40℃、pH值为8.0,作用时间≥25 min时杀菌效果好。
In order to understand the bactericidal effect of compound glutaraldehyde disinfectant under different pH value(5.0, 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0), temperature(20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 ℃), action time(5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 min), concentration(0.05, 0.07 and 0.10 mg/mL), the bactericidal effect was studied by counting live bacteria that psoriasis gypsum was used as the pathogen object. The results showed that when the pH value was 8.0, the killing effect was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05). The sterilization effects of 25 ℃ and 30 ℃ group were significantly higher than that of 20 ℃ group(P<0.05). The bactericidal effects of 35 ℃ and 40℃ temperature groups were significantly higher than that of other groups(P< 0.05). The bactericidal effect of the 20 min group was significantly higher than that of the 5,10,15 min groups(P<0.05), but significantly lower than that of the 25 min and 30 min groups(P< 0.05). There was no significant difference in bactericidal effect between the test groups at different concentrations(P>0.05), but the bactericidal effect was the best at 0.10 mg/mL concentration. It showed that the compound glutaraldehyde disinfectant had good bactericidal effect when the concentration was 0.10 mg/mL, the water temperature was 40 ℃, the pH value was 8.0, and the action time was ≥25 min.
