摘要
目的探讨蒙脱石散外敷联合赛肤润修复失禁性皮炎患者皮肤损伤的效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月就诊于我院的120例失禁性皮炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法等分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用赛肤润治疗,研究组在此基础上外敷蒙脱石散。比较两组皮肤损伤程度、治疗情况及舒适度。结果研究组皮肤损伤程度轻于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的护理次数少于对照组,治疗时间及愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的舒适度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散外敷联合赛肤润可有效减轻失禁性皮炎患者皮肤损伤程度,加快皮肤愈合,提高患者舒适度。
Objective To explore the effect of external application of Montmorillonite powder combined with Saifurun to repair skin damage in patients with incontinence dermatitis.Methods To select 120 cases of patients with incontinence dermatitis who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Saifurun,and the study group was applied with montmorillonite powder on this basis to compare the degree of skin damage,treatment condition and comfort of the two groups.Results The degree of skin damage in the study group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The times of nursing in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the treatment time and healing time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of external application of Montmorillonite powder combined with Saifurun can effectively reduce the degree of skin damage in patients with incontinence dermatitis,accelerate skin healing,and improve patients'comfort.
