摘要
采取典型调查的方法,对林草装备发展进行了分析,为林草装备发展提供了切实可行的措施。研究分析表明,虽然我国林草机械化取得了较大进展,但与林草现代化的要求存在较大差距,从种苗种植到采集收获的大多数生产环节处于无"机"可用的状态。林草装备处在苦于无机可用,市场开拓难,科研立项难,无明确的政府管理部门,信息不对称的囧境,迫切需要强化政府行为,加强科研立项、资金扶持、试验示范和人才培养。
The paper adopts the typical investigation method to analyze the development of forestry and grass equipment,and provides feasible measures for the development of forestry and grass equipment.It can be seen that the great progress has been made in the mechanization of forestry and grass in China,but there is a large gap with the requirements of forestry and grass modernization,the most production links from seed seedling planting to harvest are still in the state of no’’machine’’available,the forestry and grass equipment is also in the inorganic available,the market development is difficult,the scientific research project is difficult,there is no clear government administration,the information is of asymmetry embarrassing situation,the urgent need is to strengthen the government behavior,scientific research project,financial support,experimental demonstration and talent training.
