摘要
新时代文化产业与旅游产业的深度融合发展已成为不可避免的大趋势。原文化部和国家旅游局现已整合为“文化和旅游部”,在体制上为文化产业与旅游产业的融合发展提供了保障。然而,为什么在当下特别提出文化产业和旅游产业要深度融合发展?文化产业与旅游产业的相互关系是什么?文化产业与旅游产业应怎样融合?融合后的文化旅游产业又将如何发展?围绕这几个核心问题,通过对我国文化产业和旅游产业的历史发展过程的梳理与相互间学科理论关系的诠释,进而回答文化产业与旅游产业深度融合的体制机制创新问题,以及文化旅游产业实现深度融合发展的科学路径选择问题。
The deep integration of cultural industry and tourism industry has become an inevitable trend in the new era.The newly established“Ministry of Culture and Tourism”provides guarantee for the integrated development of cultural industries and tourism industry.However,why is it proposed that cultural industry and tourism industry should be deeply integrated?What is the relationship between cultural industry and tourism industry?How to integrate cultural industry and tourism industry?How will the integrated cultural tourism industry develop?In view of these core questions,this paper analyzes the historical development process of China’s cultural industry and tourism industry and explains the theoretical relationship between them,and then answers the institutional mechanism innovation of the deep integration of cultural industry and tourism industry,as well as the scientific path selection of the deep integration development of cultural tourism industry.
