摘要
针对灰铸铁缸体加工后出现缸盖面麻点问题进行分析,找出缺陷产生机理,提出了消除麻点的办法:采取调整碳含量及碳当量,提高熔炼温度,降低浇注温度,改进炉料配比及孕育工艺,优化冒口设计等一系列措施,有效消除了缸体缸盖面麻点缺陷。
This paper analyzes the problem of the pit on the cylinder head surface after the processing of gray cast iron cylinder body,finds out the mechanism of the defect,and puts forward the methods of eliminating the pit:adjusting the carbon content and carbon equivalent,increasing the melting temperature and decreasing the pouring temperature,a series of measures,such as improving burden ratio and inoculation technology,optimizing riser design,have effectively eliminated the pit defect on the cylinder head surface.
