摘要
结合挖掘机实际工作工况对挖掘机工作装置在三种不利工况下进行了三维有限元分析,得出了其应力应变分布图,结果表明,工作装置最大应力在挖斗以及大臂处,此处即工作装置最容易开裂的部位,这一结论与挖掘机工作装置在挖掘作业使用时的实际情况相吻合。运用遗传算法对挖掘机尺寸进行优化改进。所得到的结论对挖掘机工作装置失效分析、寿命评估及结构优化设计具有一定的参考价值。
Combined with the working conditions of real work situation of the excavator,analyzed a three-dimensional finite element about three disadvantageous working conditions of the working device of the excavator,and the stress-strain distribution diagram is obtained.The results show that the maximum stress of the working device occurs in the bucket and the arm.This is the place where the working device is most likely to crack.This conclusion is confiding to the real situation of the working device of the excavator during the excavation operation.The conclusions have reference value for failure analysis,life span assessment and optimization design of structural of working device of excavator.
